As a real estate agent I use this app at least several times a week. I find it really very good, with the only room for improvement being the possibility of getting the pins to drop exactly where they should. Sometimes they arrive a little bit away from where the cross points are, otherwise a fantastic tool and the best of its kind I have found so far.

The app works really well! I have checked real world measurements after using app and it is very accurate at the scale provided. Would love more detail and flexibility editing points- thanks for a great app!!

This is an amazing app especially if you are an architect and need to get dimensions for a site quickly and easily. Also gives you the option to export the image of your dimensions to your photos etc. Really easy to us and definitely a must have app!

I am a commercial real estate agent and this has proven to be an invaluable tool for me both in the field and at the office. Use the locator to pinpoint where you are or run a search then place the pins and get an aerial estimate of the property or building. Great for quickly measuring unusually shaped parcels as well. Shoot yourself or colleagues the image on the fly also. Extremely accurate! Thanks you developers. Can’t say enough great things about this app.

I use this a lot to estimate pipe and pipeline lengths on my projects for refineries/plants. It’s very accurate. I also used it to check the dimensions of my home lot size and this app nailed it. I have measured pipe lengths on the pipe of 75 ft and the app measured 73.75 ft. I tend to believe the app more than my own measuring tape at this point. I am recommending this to my company for projects now (huge contracting company). WELL worth the money.

Great app does just what it claims to. I used it immediately and easily to plot our horse paddocks and arenas. Saves plots directly to iPad pictures and image with area & perimeter data can be used in any other drawing or presentation app and in mainstream word processing software.

I can’t believe how functional, well written, and simple this app is. SO useful and works flawlessly. Can’t wait to see what else these guys come up with!
